Join us on Wednesday, September 18th to hear Jane Keathley speak to our section about innovation. Ms. Keathley currently sits on ASQ Board of Directors and was a founding member of the ASQ Innovation Division. We are very excited to be hosting Ms. Keathley and hope you will join us.
Value – the Key Indicator of Innovation
The critical element of successful innovation is the creation of value. Without it, there is no innovation. As quality professionals, we recognize that the value of innovation varies across interested parties, such as developers, users, or business leaders. Being able to measure value is therefore important to fully understand the potential for innovation and to manage the innovation process. This session will explore value measurement concepts and pitfalls and will look at some of the latest offerings from ASQ regarding innovation and the future of quality.
